Chapter 2- Xiao You is back!
“finally, I’m back in Taiwan!” she said to herself as she scanned the airport for familiar faces. ‘I wonder where are they? ShanCai told me that they will be coming to fetch me.’ She thought but smile as she heard two familiar voices quarrelling a few meters away from her. She took a deep breathe and headed towards them.
“DMS! I thought that I have already reminded you to come and pick me up this morning at 7 a.m. and yet you came by only at 7.30 a.m. if I did not see her later… I shall make you pay for it.” ShanCai glared at DMS.
“Eh… 你这笨女人！(stupid women) didn’t I arrive here promptly at 8.am.” DMS retorted back.
Meanwhile, both of them were oblivious to the fact that Xiao You had already been standing behind them for quite some time. Xiao You was looking at DMS and SanCai ‘interesting’ she thought.
“Are you two talking about me?” Xiao You called out to them.
DMS and Sancai turned…
“Aa… Xiao You! When did you arrive? And since when you are becoming like Lei, following his example of scaring people off.” Sancai exclaimed.
“Huh? 杉菜，我已经站在这里很久了，只是你没发觉罢了。(I’ve been standing here for ages now, it’s just that you guys are oblivious to it.) if you don’t believe just ask anyone of them.” Xiao You pointed to the F3 who were crutching their stomach and in heaps of laughter. This causes DMS and SanCai to turn crimson with embarrassment.
Changing the subject to ease the awkward situation, MeiZhuo greeted Xiao You cheerfully.
“Xiao You, welcome back!”
“Oh… hi Meizhuo, lei and Ximen.” Xiao You greeted them back cheerfully.
“Why are you back so soon?” ShanCai asked.
Ximen perked up at this question, however was disappointed when he heard Xiao You answer.
“Well… I’ve come back to settle some family stuff going on here as well as some personal stuffs which I left behind.” Although saying it casually but glancing in XM direction.
‘OMG… she is saying it so casually… does it means that she’s gotten over how I have broke her heart the last time she’s here.’ XM thought.
“I think we can move to some where else now… cause I believe we are blocking other passengers way.” Xiao You said as she moved herself to stand aside to let other passengers pass by.
“So Xiao You, where are you staying now? If you have no place to stay, you can stay with me.” ShanCai offered.
Xiao You shifted uncomfortably, as she let her eyes glancing everywhere but focus on San Cai.
“Eh… you don’t have to worry though I’m not staying at my aunt this time around but I’ve a place to stay already. So there’s really no need for you to offer your house to me.” Xiao You said apologetically.
Meizhuo then realized that Xiao You did not have any luggage with her, curiosity sets in and decided to probe into it.
“Eh… Xiao You where are your luggage?” MZ asked casually.
“Huh! Eh…” before she could make a reply some one interrupts their conversation.
“Her luggage is with me.”
Everyone look up and was shocked to find the world famous Tai Zi standing in front of them. (okay, in this story TZ is richer that DMS, his family being the richer in the whole world. So everyone knew who is he.)
“huh? Is my eyes playing tricks on me or is it true that TaiZi is standing right in front of me.” MZ asked around trying to convince himself that his eyes were the one playing a trick on him.
“unfortunately, it’s true. Your eyes didn’t have any problem. I am indeed TaiZi.” Turning to Xiao You, he added “Welcome back, Raine!”
‘oh great, this is just great!’ Xiao You thought but she plastered on a fake smile and went over to hug TaiZi as she said “ William, welcome back, yourself!” XM glared at the sight of this.
“Well… Xiao You! Don’t you think you owe us an explanation!” SanCai glare at Xiao You demanding an explanation.
“Well… seems like I have no other choices now, do I ? and all these is due to someone being such a busy body causing me the trouble to explain myself and he can get away scot-free without owing anyone something.” She glare at TaiZi accusingly.
“Hey! It wasn’t my fault entirely, how would I know that you never mention anything to them beforehand. I thought they already knew of our relationship.” Taizi defended himself but before he could say anything more he was silence by the look ‘say anything else, you’ll be dead by tonight’ that Xiao You had shot him.
He then shrugged and headed towards the black limo parked outside the terminal.
“are you coming with me?” he called out to Xiao You.
“Yeah… I’m coming.” Xiao You yelled back before turning back to the rest.
“I think you guys better come along as well… in your own cars, of course! Cause the limo can’t fits everyone in. I’ll explain everything to you guys later when we reach the place.” Xiao You told them as she stepped into the limo.
