Note:- They have registered Sahaj Marg as trade-mark and this spritual organisation which claims to benifit entire humanity fights legal battle in US for ownership of trademarks, So that their claim can be proven legally, these stupid people don't understand sprituality cannot be proven legally, it can only be proven intellectually, this acts itself proves if they are unselfish or not, making money is SRCM's only motive. As far as intellectual debates are concered see my comments below, when they could not prove what they preach they decided to delete the entire converation.

Teachings from the Sahaj Marg (tm)

Its adherents see it as a natural, simple heart-based approach to realizing the presence of the divine within their lives. The Shri Ram Chandra Mission is the main proponent of the Sahaj Marg system.

My View
The process as we will see later in this topic is not natural at all, it expects adherents to submit totally to the mission master and the system, which in turn causes adherents to become ignorant about the natural object of submission namely, family, spouse and society. as same level of submission cannot be obtained for a normal person, hence he/she looses all that they have, mission, master and the system is not available at all times, as the case is with family, spouse and society, since in the name of natural approach SRCM make adherents renounce the natural way for the selfishness of the master mission and system, therefore the term natural approach MUST be taken out from the text and replaced with more true and actual picture of the system i.e reverse approach, or the unnatural approach.

Sahaj Marg is a remodeled version of Raja Yoga (yoga of the mind) simplified to suit and help the man of present-day world to achieve the same inner perfection as the Master, which according to Sahah Marg is a synonym for God Realization. It is a non-renunciate form of Raja Yoga, the 'renunciation' (renouncing the material world) of Raja Yoga having been replaced by 'detachment' (detachment from the material world) and attachment to the Divine.
My View
This is the biggest lie of the system, it is no-where related to Raja Yoga which simply teaches meditate on the object that appeals you, here master is first made the object, replacing spouse, to be specific as most natural love is for the spouse and immediate family members, that is replaced by a living male master, women?s whose hearts are naturally soft and accepts only one man, are also told to accept master in their hearts, replacing husbands, thereby killing their family life.
Raja Yoga on the other hand is the most scientifically developed method of controlling the mind and there by achieving the goal of life while reaming in the world of Maya, the methods of SRCM is based on heart to heart transformation, which is a Sufi concept, and has nothing to do with the Veda's as such, not going into details of religion. The perfection and spiritual growth is again made a subjective phenomenon, and is compared amongst the adherents and with that of the master, Which in any concept of philosophy can easily be termed as stupid approach.
Raja Yoga as proposed by Patanjali about 8000 yrs ago in India, is a step by step method of attaining the highest elevation possible for human beings that is union with Bramh. it follows the eight steps namely:-
1. Yam:- Truthfulness non- taking of gifts, chastity (absent in SRCM)
2. Niyam:- Tapas, study(Veda) purity and fasting (absent in SRCM)
3. Asana:- various body postures (absent in SRCM)
4. Pratyahar:- non-attachment while fulfilling the duty of love.(absent in SRCM)
5. Pranayam:- Controlling the prana, which is essence of life, it can be controlled by controlling the breathing, the force which causes the lungs to move is prana, by controlling the breath we inturn control the prana i.e essence of life.(absent in SRCM)
6. Dhyan:- focusing the mind to any object (it can be an imaginary god, wife husband, father mother anyone).(absent in SRCM)
7.Dharana:- Focus on body, any part of body will do, mind is the best option because mind is the subject of meditation as well as object, thereby you are meditating on oneness, which is the only truth.(adavita)(absent in SRCM)
8.Samdhi:- enlightenment, when ether becomes one, love, lover and beloved become one.(beyond reach of SRCM)

The Mind is the key instrument in a human being and by proper regulation of mind through meditation under practical guidance and support of a spiritual Master, who erases one's samskaras (imprints on the soul by our past thoughts or actions), one can evolve to the highest that the Master has attained. The Master transmits to the disciple directly or through a preceptor that the disciple sees once a week in a private sitting. There is also one or two group sittings and reading of Master's material every week. There is a suggested daily practice which involves a daily meditation, a daily cleansing, a weekly private sitting with a preceptor, and one or two group sittings per week. There are gatherings on the birthdays of the Masters. Some abhyasis organize discussions of the guru's writings. Reading of the Master's writings is suggested. Vegetarianism is encouraged.
My View
Mind is just another instrument for buddhi to judge the external world, mind in normal conditions becomes world for a person, he lives by it and dies by it, actual meditation is about going beyond mind and union with the self i.e Bramh, nothing short of it, process can be taught only by a person who himself has accomplished total unselfishness, which is not the case with current master of SRCM, It is expected that master must be internalized and all other object must be thrown out, in case master is capable of supporting people for life, whereas, practically opposite is true, master and mission is supported by adherents and not reverse, then it could have been understood, non-suspecting people are encouraged to take money and time out from family and give it to the mission, and this is the prime reason why CD's and books etc are not distributed freely even people are advised not to share them amongst themselves.
Since it is more then clear that master is dependent on people but reverse is shown, that people should be dependent on master, in that case master should take care of all monetary and financial needs of abhyasis, master must be available when demanded, and must answer to all questions and emails send to him , which again is not the case, therefore it is more then evident that master who is depended on people is not at all at the highest level, therefore must not demand anything from people whom he cannot support.
Now the concept of preceptor is also proposed, which is a contradiction in itself, it is master who is all in one, but messages is transported through preceptors, in order to maintain the mental slavery of people, and to make sure that no-one is able to get out of the trap, a web of preceptors is formed, so that even if people shift cities, some-one must be available to make sure the mental slavery is continuously imposed by physical presence of preceptors.
Sahaj Marg claims to be a non-monastic movement. Those who adhere to the practices are referred to as 'abhyasis'; a preceptor is an abhyasi who has been prepared and permitted by the Master to introduce people to the Sahaj Marg system and conduct group meditation. Sahaj Marg says that adherents of all religions are welcome, and do not have to reject their religion to practice Sahaj Marg. The practice of Sahaj Marg is free of charge and there are three meditations together with a trained preceptor for the starting of the practice. There are no physical impedments to leaving the practice
My View
This is another lie, if it is a non-monastic movement, then why there is difference between people in and out of SRCM? people are shown and made to understand that that while they are in SRCM they are somewhat better then rest of people, whereas opposite is true, people who chose their path of freedom and search question and then attain are the one who can preach people not those who are degraded into an unthinking masses and are as good as animals, unable to reason out anything, all intellect and reasoning must be renounced, seems to be the first concept of SRCM, where as spirituality cannot be attained without knowledge, heart is a must, but without knowledge it is useless, it is only human's beings who are able to reason out things and use logic, SRCM is turning people into a lot of animals who are good for nothing, people who suffer by methods of SRCM loose their life and most of their relations reach the level which is beyond repair.

SRCM is suppose to be a spritual organisation and we see that it is not tolerent at all, and is ready to remove and discurage any discussion which exposes the true face of SRCM. this itself is a proof enough that SRCM imposes mental slavery and converts people into unthinking masses which are equivalent to animals. see this and this
