The BBC and Tutsi genocide:

Ten years later

(1994- 2004)

In memoriam of “The Che” Rwigyema, and "boys" who fell on the battlefield...

And who is da wanker?

This is not for any extremist propaganda, but a certain way of thinking about the Tutsi's question and peace matter...

In June 2003, In UK, the debate was about Tony Blair and the war on Iraq. Cook and short Clare were in the media attention: did Tony Blair lie to the whole nation? Why? Did Britain need to go at war? And where were those sop-called “mass destruction weapons or chemical weapons”? Yes, Robin Cook can laugh that now people start realising the fact that the UK did not need to spend time, money and life of soldiers on rubbish. Was Saddam Hussein such a threat to humanity? Or to Israel? Or to Kurdish?

Was he a threat to humanity? Which humanity? Eventually the 11th September casualties… Then after the fall of Saddam, what happens to those “would-be-terrorists” ?

Was he a Threat to Israel? Eventually, but Israel has proved since 1967 that it could survive to the hatred of its neighbours. It did not need America or the UK to respond to Saddam’s “would-be threat”.

But these fact do not justify Robin cook’ cowing away and abandoning poor Blair on his own! These facts do not justify Clare pretentious assumptions . She wanted only to attract media’s light and have a voice! But Blair has been the best, the strongest, the winner. Not because he won against Saddam but because he defended his position against “vents et marees”! And that only deserves admiration and praise! Even Hitler, as an orator, could not stand Blair!

sadly, no one would like to pay tax for Blair’s madness and crazy spending! Why should students pay fees while not funded for further studies? Drivers pay congestion charges? Car owners pay DVLA excessive road tax, parking residence and unqualified penalties?

The G*8 met in June 03 in France. For the first time since the row over Iraq questions, Georges Bush discussed with Chirac. Eventually, they disagreed but the cameras were not allowed. Outside it was “anti-globalisation” carnival. It was summer and youngsters had much to do. They need fun and anti- globalisation demonstrations can be funny: songs, laugh, friends, and confrontation with police. No to G8! No to war on Iraq! No to Israeli occupation of Palestine! No to exploitation of third word! No to WTO games! No to exploitation of the environment! No to capitalist games on the health issues! No to everything…

Then suddenly on 14th Dec, poor Saddam Hussein was caught like a mice in his hole! Eventually that one day he will reveal his philosophy about death because after what happened to his family and wealth, he still couldn’t decide to die! Then this complicates Blair’s and Bush’s problem: it could be easier for them if he died instead of being captured alive! What a poor face he has! One could confuse him with Karl Marx! No wonder, living on raw vegetable could not do better….

The question of Iraq in fact raises many questions. Not about the capitalist’ interests but about those Australopithecus Islamist fundamentalist; about globalisation and the way it wants to operate…

Then, years after the Rwandan genocide let’s look at the media and their reports. How media are shaping international politics, how they respond to actuality and how they influence the politics. It means the politics of the powerful.

On British TV, news had been commenting about an inquiry (foreign affair committees) on intelligence evidence about Saddam’s weapons and how it influenced Tony Blair.

In America as well, the same thing happened toward Bush. Yes, saddam has been kicked out but at what price and why? Did it solve Iraqi problems? The truth shows that Iraqis are facing more anarchy the way Afghans are facing misery.

And while nothing is solved, the question of Israel comes in: there must be an independent Palestinian State. The road map is done but who cares? Israelis will have no peace with Palestinian because simply people who refuse peace are vicious bastards. sadly, they (Palestinian fundamentalist) associate Islam on the way they tackle the problems and let people think that it is a Moslem way of acting!

At least Jews know their history and the world knows their problems. The BBC has all the time had Israel in high consideration. Though the reports were not always articulated, Jews become an international news ‘topic. Even when new problem arise around the world, “Israel highlights” come back quickly to headlines.

For example when HIV strike, it is easy and simple to put it on the back of poor Africans and spend time talking about condoms! it is easy to talk about Condom than to imagine, for example a new therapy: couldn't be easier to invent a “self testing device” that everyone could easily carry with him? Then, before sex, partners could not hesitate to test their new friends. Talking about millions of South Africans and Indians in danger of HIV extermination is not the question but, "can condom solve the problem?".

Yes, Israel is not the world’s worst problem! They are big boy, thanks God, they can defend themselves!

Yes, HIV is not the sole human big problem! It can be solved by a simple "self-tester" device and help everyone to enjoy “skin-to-skin” sex!

The worst problem is "inhumanity" in great lakes! And the Canadian General DALLAIRE knows something from his lasting nightmare! Only French soldiers “la turquoise et consort” can be strong enough to swallow what their mates interahamwe accomplished! No Wonder still France can clap its hands and laugh with Agathe Habyarimana and all those who helped for the Job!

Beside French, only Carla de Ponte can have enough “humour” to slap million of victims and knife them in the back1

What for poor Tutsi? Yah, the extermination that started in the 50s has done its way so easily. It continues so smoothly and for editorials, it is always “the minority of Tutsi in power against the resistance of the majority”.

Wrong! Always news of Rwanda or Burundi gets the same philosophy. Something like to say that it is right for Hutu to resist the oppression! But behind these BBC’ editorials what are the realities?

The minority of Tutsi in Rwanda was all the time expropriated and killed. They had been exterminated and BBC is back with its editorials about minority and majority. No, the problem has changed: they should now talk about the surviving against the killers. There is no place for real politics in a society like Rwanda. Somehow , every time people are unhappy about everything. Hutu are still unhappy, they hate to be the killers, they hate to be the losers, they hate to share with Tutsi, they hate to be Hutu and they do not know what to do… There is no Hutu identity unless Tutsi can disappear. They call it liberation of Hutu. Liberation for what and from what? No one knows, even Hutu themselves do not know!

But that is a very old culpability of Hutu. They always remember that the people called “HUTU” is a pure creation of Tutsi. They still remember that any Hutu , at some stage of the history was working for a Tutsi. They still feel that the false myth of a Hutu land that was invaded by Tutsi never existed! They still recognise that people called “Hutu” do not have a coherent genealogy and can not be traced through history…

They still fight to know who they are and accept the truth: in their migration, centuries before, Tutsi brought with them their "manpower" from different part of Africa. These labourers were encouraged to multiply so that the master could have more workers. With time these people, united in their social condition of "labour" become a social group well structured and well integrated by the masters…

When recently, poor missionaries without African historical background wrote their diaries, unintended misleading hypothesis gave birth to a Hutu phantasm about some historical past. Any Hutu historical past as “an organised social group” is false history as rubbished by the 20th century.

And then today, false intellectuals, careless uninformed journalist and the BBC' Hutu propaganda continue to expand what is taken as granted! when questioning African past, even simple Hutu elders can confirm that, at the beginning, no land belonged to Hutu!

Only in the 20th century, Hutu could pretend to land and finally the 40s and 50s gave them the opportunity to grab land, kill their masters and neighbours, rape and steal…

The history has not changed, today still, killing, raping and stealing is engraved deeply in Hutu’s culture.

While the BBC and all kind of medias present Burundi or Rwanda as the struggle of innocent majority against a nasty minority, they just give way and justify killings of mass innocents that never stopped in Rwanda, Burundi… Majority of Hutu are potential criminals. If he did not kill, his family did. And if, by exception, it is not the case, then, he or his family support the extermination ideology…

Medias do not seem to notice what is happening in Congo, Tanzania, Uganda: Killing of Tutsi is just an anodine fact!

Et Voila, France is once more back to where it messed and killed. They call it UN force… Yes Museveni and Kagame are just near to see their end! They fought over Congo and now the Hyena (France) is called in!

What did America and the UK? Yes Tony Blair and Bush, the world‘s gansta, were easily convinced that the "African first world war" was just a Tutsi instinct of domination and that only Congo's wealth motivated the explosion! Yes the expropriation and killing of Tutsi in DRC since the late eighties; the mass killing of Tutsi in Rwanda-Burundi since the 1950s with the apotheosis in 1993 (Burundi) and 1994 (Rwanda) was just a phantasm!

And the Medias go and dig out new problems. Nothing is solved, everything is fucked. But day by day, images of Israel-Palestine conflict are pouring out from nowhere and the media is only on that…

When it comes to Burundi-Rwanda-Congo, nothing is said about Tutsi’s martyrdom. Instead, the few time, it comes up, it is the army that is to blame in Burundi. How many people, kids, ladies and families the army exterminated in Burundi? Where are mass graves? Sure the army executed few killers but entire families have not been exterminated! Then look what Hutu did to their neighbours. A total mess of inhumanity. Killing, raping might not have no meaning for Hutus. For years the same thing went on and today, the job has been achieved. No Tutsi left on the countryside. No property, no family, no history. And as by magic, medias like the BBC and all shit around the world presented the problem in a wrong card!

Tutsi needed only to live and survive! Hutu wanted their extermination, the theft of the land and the mess of the history. What Kagame did? What Museveni or Buyoya did to prevent all this mess? Fuck them! What the BBC and all kind of medias did to prevent and solve this mess? Fuck them! What politics and what society are they talking about then?

There is no society in Burundi, in Rwanda and in Congo for Tutsi… Sure Tutsi fought and proved once more that their history has always been that of war and conquest but poor leadership fucked all the victories. What could say Rwigyema in his tomb? Peace up on him!

He could understand that Tutsi won’t survive if nothing is done! There is no law, no order, no peace with all kind of criminals! Once the land belonged to Tutsi but today everything is gone. Who cares? Law and right for killers and rappers. But what for the victims of history? And if something new is not done, than no one will remember where do come people of great lakes.

Ah, about HUTS I ? Who can define what they feel about this drama? Some are just motherfuckers who do not know who they are and fight the wrong war where, in any case, they are losers. In Burundi and Rwanda’s tragedy many of them composed with criminal and killed Tutsis but what did they get? Rejection and suspicion…

No ,Tutsi will need to think twice. There is no need to compose with people who do not care about what is human life!

Why to compromise if all countries around can not help for peace? Tanzania has been backing the extermination; DRCongo has been so shamelessly calling all crap like Yerodia, Vangu Mambweni, Pay Pay, Padiri,… national heroes because they called for Tutsi’s extermination! But history is a tough judge: all those who dropped Tutsi’s blood have their sentence already! Mobutu, Mitterand, Habyarimana, kabila… finished like shit because Tutsi’s blood has a price! And it is not finished!

So what Tutsi can do to feel at ease?

Israel has survived to the ferocity of its neighbours and Jewish are happy to belong to somewhere they can live with pride!

In June 2000, Marie Roger Biloa of “Jeune Afrique” said on TV5 in France that Tutsi genocide never happened. Shockingly, BBC and many western medias seem to ignore the fact and therefore would be classified with the bitch Biloa who understands nothing on African politics or even on journalism!

In Kinshasa, years after years newspapers like “l’AVENIR” has been calling for the extermination of Tutsis and the government , backing the same ideology will appoint those who openly call for the killings. Since then on Congo political scene, all kind of mercenaries will emerge to show the kind of ideology DRCongo has adhered to.

On TV and radio, faked document translating “hutus” propaganda will be diffused restlessly and so on for years. TV shows like the one that the NGO “FRATENITE POUR TOUS” deplores are forum for extremism hutu. And no one cares!

No law in DRCongo has protected Tutsi since then. Only insults and lies have been the daily lot about whatsoever is Tutsi!

Has BBC shown any interest in what was happening? Instead they will tell you story about Tutsi minority and sufferings of Hutu majority. But in Rwanda, the Hutu rule did not help the so called majority! Instead, in Burundi, people were more educated and lived better under Tutsi rule!

Telling stories about political power and army is one thing; understanding the problem is another question. Where do come these statistics? Why is it that minority can not have right?

When two tenants live in the same house, they have the same right disregarding the fact that one has a bigger family. Cohabitation of two people has its rule!

Some times people will say that in Rwanda, Burundi, we have 4 groups: Tutsi, Hutu, Hutsi and Twa. But does it mean something? Twa prefer to rally Hutu and Hutsi are divided according to their education! No matter what, Tutsi find themselves the group at risk and victim of all media’s hate and misinformation.

Tanzania’s political and military scene have been misled by hidden hutu agenda using Tanzania as a tremplin and a safe heaven. Curiously while Tanzania backs “extremism hutu” ideology, the international community chose to try 1994 criminal in Arusha. And shame on the bitch Carlo Ponte, while nothing is done to try the 1994 killers, she wants to try Tutsis who, for her, had no right whatsoever to retribution! How long will these crap insult Tutsi’s memories?

Yes, Tutsi did not deserve better justice! And after years of tergiversation, the BBC and all kind of media presented Tutsi as Criminals and as the sole responsible of the Turmoil in Great Lakes region.

The first African world war? It was not Tutsi fighting for survival will say the BBC. It was instead the expansionist ambition of Tutsi to annex Congo And steal its wealth. Rubbish ness! How many Tutsi have been killed, spoliated and raped in DRCongo before the war started?

Since the late 1980, Eastern Congo situation was dangerously unstable and Tutsi were the target, did the international community move? Did BBC translate the facts?

Yes they will pretend that they have a “KINYARWANDA and KIRUNDI” service on the radio. But who controls those services? Once more the extremism hutu has found its way of corrupting the western media!

When Tutsi civilian are slaughtered in Burundi’s countryside, they will present it like the army’s fault. They will never point out the killers and the victims. Instead, they will say “civilian casualty”! No, in Burundi, it is about Tutsi massacre. What has done the army so far? Which army could solve the “extermination” ideology where neighbours hunt their own mates when the night comes?

And in Kinshasa? Racism and hatred while Congolese can live peacefully in Rwanda Burundi…

On 17th August, on Channel 4, Sam Kiley’s report on Bunia was an interesting document but sadly the real question was not addressed. Instead he preferred to raise the fact that weapons in Great Lakes have been purchased by British and American taxpayers. What this has to do with Hema being exterminated? With or without fire weapons, Rwandan genocide happened! Today Hema are being exterminated and what did the French ARTEMIS? It did not want Hema to protect themselves! Are Hema exterminating Lendu and expropriate them? So where is the logic the wankers of ARTEMIS?

Yes today with Tutsi and Hema in Congo; Tomorrow it will be with Ankole in Uganda and, finally, with MASAI in Kenya and Tanzania! What has done the Western media about these people? They presented a picture of fantasies that had nothing to do with the real martyrdom of Tutsi in Great Lakes!

On the 25th August the BBC showed a report on presidential elections in Rwanda since 1994. They presented Kagame with the little he has done. They spoke about 1994. And they spoke about 1994 killers being released. At some point they interviewed survivors about these release. But what could say the lady that survived somehow because she lived with a hutu? Could she express her frustration while she knows that she could be killed at anytime and that survivors had no protection? All survivor living in countryside are essentially women. Than the poor lady expressed her opinion about reconciliation. But reconciliation and pardon for who and why? Do killers need to reconcile with anyone? No one left to conciliate with!

Then the BBC went on and let fuel the feeling that the actual government was unfair and used intimidation. So much rubbish! The issue is to know why Kagame wanted election? To prove what to who? The real issue in society like Rwanda and Burundi is not election. Always this will bring in demons and discontent but never Tutsi can expect to win a free election, Never! And that where Kagame is stupid and will lose his credibility. Then anyone will assume that he won by intimidation or some other manoeuvre. True! Never Hutu will vote for a Tutsi…

So which society wants to build Kagame? Already Tutsi have been fleeing, they felt that he betrayed them and let them down. He could win his election, who cares? In few years, the 1994 expedition will be reedited and that is where the BBC and all Western media have failed to address the real matter and propose a final solution!

Yes it is time to talk about a federal state Rwanda and Burundi… the model of Belgium could not be bad but, any right to land should be initially obtained from the federal authority…

The existing land right will be abolished in both Rwanda and Burundi since years of killings have complicated everything…

It is time to address the land issues since the 1950 spoliations…

It is time for Tutsi to have their own space that no one ever can alienate…

In Conclusion,

It is time that BBC and other Western media focus on the Great lakes Region. The same way they treat the “Israel-Palestine” question, so should it be with the Great lakes region!

Why is it that Tutsi can not have their own land where they can feel at home? KAGAme and his gurus; Buyoya and his gurus; Museveni and his gurus are just poor losers whose problem is just the power. What have they achieved so far for Tutsi? They just created situation of fear and uncertainty: a situation where there is no hope for a Tutsi uprising!

But a Tutsi power or not, does it benefit to the simple citizen? AT least Kagame has proved that for him the security of those who ploted or killed was essential. They have job, they have lands, they have security, they have their own ideology strengthening and they know that tomorrow will be another day.

What do have Tutsi after losing their families?, AFTER LOSING THEIR LAND? AFTER LOSING THEIR HOPE AND AFTER WASTING TIME ON WARs? those elders who came from Burundi, from Congo, from every where found themselves without jobs, without shelters, without security and without hope. No social security whatsoever to keep them going, just like dogs they were abandoned and could even not recuperate what they lost in 1960s ,70s and in 1990s.

Instead, when killers came back, they got back their property and jobs! Even those in jail had the freedom to copulate and procreate!

And the youngsters who sacrificed everything for the war, what they got? RUBBISH! Kagame and his gurus wanted security but those youngsters without families got neither money nor support to build families. And once more Kagame was the exterminator of Tutsis . No land, no family, no hope, no future. Only they could just feel the same fear that haunted them forever: tomorrow, the killers will finish their jobs but this time quietly because no media will cover it and no witness ever will be there! Just kill when the night comes. It was no longer a mass killing but a methodical extermination of those few who could be here and there!

No ! Tutsi needed their own land, Tutsi needed their own place where cattle could flourish once again.

Kagame and his gurus could live with who they chose to but, Tusti have to stand up. They do not need to live eternally as preys for hutu’s extremism and inhumanity! Abolish the term “HUTU-TUTSI”? very stupid thing…

Tutsi need a land like Israel, like Palestine, like any people.

It is time for young Tutsi, (not those stupid girls without identity and culture!) to stand up and face their reality! And when time will be very bad, tell kids about the Palestinian tactic!

A land for Tutsi, a land for hope, a land for a smile… They have survived trough dementia, they will always survive… No matter what, they will survive…

Today we will remember the victim of genocide. Ten years now. But it started 50 years ago, the age of Israel! In 50 years it is difficult to survive without a defined territory! Forget those compromise in Burundi; forget those speech of Kagame!

All that Tutsi need is “BELIEF”!

Who could expect the sole Tutsi army to stand more than five armies ( DRCongo, Tchad, Namibia, Angola, Zimbabwe, former FAR allied to France…) and survive? Only ghost of those 1994 victims know the secret of the strength of those fighters!

And that is why for Boys and Sweet Tootsy:

Tears are not for you

Unless you give up your story!

Try what you can and look:

Stop wondering in vain,

Inaction never pays back the slap!
