After dark last night Alberto pulled up in front of the house again and as I mentioned earlier, that never means good news. We dont know why but Mr Ed our quiet and trusty horse died out at pasture sometime in the afternoon. He is survived by bonehead the mule and will be interned on the property. Below is his last photo.
The ducklings have hatched (all 14 of them) and they are really pretty little things. We got a chance to pick them up while mamma was off taking her afternoon bath.
Just wait until the next little party we have. Roast duck is delicious.
