Defensive Measures


Devensive measures use energy from a frame to shield and protect it. Projectile weapons are not affected by shields, however.


X-1 Wrist Shield

This is a shield generator attached to the wrist of a frame. It produces an oval of energy in front of the frame where the wrist is facing, that can block enemy attacks. It only has a defensive rating of 5, and when it is depleted it dissapears but will recharge.

X-3 Full coverage Shield Generator

The X-3 completely protects a frame from all sides. It makes a clear energy sphere that protects a frame from plasma and energy attacks. It does not deter projectile weapons. The strength of the shield increases when a frame reaches a new level. It has a starting defense rating of 10.

X-4 Shield generator

There is a shield generator on the palm of each hand. Each one produces a square energy field 15 meters high and wide. Both shields have an energy rating of 5, and can be merged together to form a more powerful and larger shield. They face whatever direction the palm of the hand they are installed in is facing.

X-5 Shield Generator

This shield generator projects 40 small shields that each have a defense rating of 1. They track incoming enemy fire and block it. Each sheild can only take one hit. They can be combine to form one big shield with a defense rating of 40.

Cloaking Device

This hides a frame from visual detection. An outline of the frame can be seen while it is moving, but while a frame using the device is still, it can not be seen. It can still be detected on scanning devices.
Price: $6,000,000


Stealth Device

This prevents a frame by being detected by scanning or targeting systems. Frames using this can not be locked on, enemy frames have to aim manually.
Price: $7,000,000


MummyHead

The MummyHead is a metatron(metal) Shield that sits in front of a frame. it slows down a frame alot when used, but it slowly heals the metatron of a frame while in use. It has a defense rating of 30. It decreases speed by 20.
