Pace Villas




These are three houses(4-Bedroom each), designed by me & my partner for our client PACE Group. It was a difficult rocky site with different levels. We had to design these houses according to the Area & under the Rules of Rawalpindi/Islamabad Development Authority(Pakistan).


In this view, it was a corner plot & client needed two entrances from both sides, so he could rent the upper portion & live in ground floor.
