This one sounds great for a tailgate party!
Corn on the Cob

Peel back the husks without detaching and remove all the silk.
Replace husks over corn and tie
Soak in water for at least an hour or more
Cook on BBQ grill for 15-20 min...might burn abit but is ok.
Remove from husk and slather with mayo
Roll in Asiago (or any white cheese0
Sprinkle with chili powder and drizzle with lime juice
Enjoy.
Steak San Marco
Chuck steak....1 inch thick....cut into serving peces
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 lb can of Italian tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
fresh pepper
garlic powder to taste
2 Tbsp of oil
2 Tbsp of vinegar (wine)

In large skillet, arrange meat, cover with soup mix and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with oregano-pepper-garlic-oil and vinegar.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender/
Serve with rice or noodles and French h bread.
Plantation Porkchops
4 loin porkchops, 1/2 inch thick
salt and pepper
1  1/3 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. chopped green peppers

In a bit of fat (oil) brown porkchops  well on both sides. Drain off excess fat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile in a saucepan, heat all other ingredients, pour over chops.
Cover, simmer for about 50 minutes or until tender.
Serve over rice-vegetable of choice-applesauce.
