If it rained all the time, Earth would be a wet mess and not much would be able to grow.  If the sun shined all the time, Earth would be dry and plants would die.  There has to be balance.  That is how it is with any good relationship, mother/daughter, father/son, spouses, co-workers, whatever. 

There must be a balance in talking and listening, giving and taking, spending time and giving space.  This is what makes relationships work.  When you have a child, you have to make time to spend with them and let them know that they are important.  Let your sigfinicant other know that you appreciate them, that you love them.   Even if it is just your boss and co-workers, you have to make sure that there is balance in your life.  

Balance work with play.  Balance quiet time with party time.  Balance everyday with personal holidays.  You can only get out of life what you pull from it.  And, trust me, you deserve the best.
