Help! My browser doesn't support frames, how can I navigate ShaunsSite?	Although ShaunsSite was not developed for non-frame navigation (so many people have newer browsers now), you can improvise a bit. Have you seen the NavBar? Well why not use the contents page like that.. click "non-frames" on the index page and then open "contents". Now just click the link you want and each will open in a new window!
Help! My browser doesn't support JavaScript, or I have JavaScript enabled. Will I still be able to visit ShaunsSite?	Of course you will! If your browser does not support JavaScript, that is no problem - it will simply not let the JavaScript work. Because of this, some features will not work, but most of these you can do without. Anything vital (i.e. the Banner-viewer) has a non-JavaScript alternative. The only place that will not work are the FunZone games. If you wish to enable Java, go to Tools on the IE menu, then select Internet Options. Click on the Security tab, and click Custom level... Then go down to Scripts and you can enable java from there.
Help! On every page I view the browser displays an error message!	This is a problem that I know is occurring. GeoCities wants to advertise, but the short URL used to get here (go.to/shaunssite) won't let it. I can fix this, but prefer a small error message to ads, don't you? If you want to fix it, however, open my site in a new window from the main page (IE users hold shift then click ENTER) or simply use the URL http://www.oocities.org/shaun_rob in future.

Help! The text is too small! I cannot read it!	I have made the text smaller with my latest update because (a) I think it looks swifter and (b) it lets me fit more on the screen at any one time. To change the size in IE, click View \| Text Size and select one that fits your viewing needs! Note: this changes the text size in all web pages. You may want to change it back after you have finished.
Help! ShaunsSite takes ages to load!	ShaunsSite has been optimised so that no page will take over 20 seconds to download. Of course there are a few exceptions, such as the Banner pages, as these contain many banners and the news page, which contains big pictures. Of course, this is the download speed of 56.6k, and it is just ShaunsSite.. that is, other programs or websites could also slow it down. So if you are having slow downloads, try closing other websites/programs to free bandwidth and memory.
Help! Some of the links and pictures are broken!	ShaunsSite is currently recovering after a big accident involving accidental deletion of most of my files.. so if any links or pictures are broken, you can be sure they will be there soon!
