Zahdé's Turbo Hummus

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic finely in a food processor.
  2. Add the beans and (with the liquid from one can) process finely.
  3. Add the peanut butter, parsley, chives, scallion, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Process until smooth while drizzling in the olive oil.

Theory of the Dish

I got this from Alton Brown.
What I love about this recipe is that it uses things I normally have on hand.
It tastes great with white beans, black beans, or lima beans too.
