Invention of the Chi Machine:

The idea behind this unusual aerobic exerciser was suggested by Dr. Shiauo Inoue, Chairman of Japan's Oxygen Health Association. Dr. Inoue said, "My research has convinced me that lack of oxygen is the root of most or perhaps even all disease".

Dr. Inoue has spent decades researching the relationship between oxygen levels in the body and the quality of human health. He got the idea for the Chi Machine by meditating and watching the koi swim. He noticed how remarkably healthy and well-toned fish are and though perhaps the steady undulation of the spine caused the fish's whole body to be exercised and oxygentated.

What, he wondered, would be the effect on people if we could move like fish?

From his basic concept engineers designed the Chi Machine.

I first tried a Chi Machine in early 1999 and intuitively knew it was profoundly good for me. I immediately sent for my own and have been using it daily since in arrived. I love the feeling of energy flowing through my body.

I believe it to be the single most healing device I have used on my body. It’s so simple and pleasurable to do. There are many claims for this machine. I can only speak for my own experience.
