Sheila is available for private and group healing sessions.

Reiki

A Reiki session is profoundly relaxing and powerfully healing on all levels, body, mind and spirit. It lasts approximately an hour and twenty minutes of gentle touch, laying on of hands beginning at the head, moving down the torso and including the back. This systematic placement of the hands insures the balancing of energy throughout the body, encouraging the body to heal and balance from the inside. A series of sessions creates the most powerful
climate for healing. $75 / session, special rates for past students of Sheila and for extended series of treatments. Distant treatments are available. $40 / half hour. Call to arrange.

Breathwork, Life-Breath, Rebirthing

Breathing lessons by any name are cellular housecleaning......known for profound emotional healing of past traumas, also healing on physical levels. This is a singularly powerful body-mind technique. I bring Reiki to most sessions as well to support the healing. $125 / session for private sessions (2+ hour sessions).

Reconnective Healing®

A Reconnective Healing® session is 'hands off' energy work and a very powerful experience involving the use of frequencies new to our realm. These frequencies, initiated in the session, continue working with you long after your visit. You simply lie down, fully clothed, relax and be receptive. What occurs is for your highest good at this particular time, and a result of your connection with God/Love/Universe. The energy is described variously as profoundly relaxing, magnetic, floaty with individual sensations too numerous to mention.The session is for an hour, with 30 minutes being engaged in the frequencies. Repeated sessions on consecutive days are very powerful. Sessions are $99.

The Personal Reconnection®

The personal Reconnection® is a 2-part initiatory experience of great power. It involves two 1+ hour sessions ideally scheduled on consecutive days. This personal Reconnection® is the experience of a connection of the meridian lines of our body with the grid lines of the Earth, this solar system and the entire Universe. This activation allows for the exchange of light and information. Within this exchange is the reactivation of DNA strands latent within us all and the re-integration of parallel planes of existence (quantum string theory). The lines of time which we see as straight are actually threads of a web extending infinitely. The experience of the Reconnection® unfolds as days, months and years pass, reflecting the shifting deep within the DNA. Many people begin to notice more synchronicities in their lives and find their intuition is greatly enhanced. It is a truly life altering experience. The cost for the 2 sessions is $333.

Breathwork Groups Sessions

Group sessions offer the support and energy of the group and create a sense of connectedness with the people involved. They are also less expensive. You need to be able to attend when they are offered and you don't receive one-on-one attention for the entire session. The breathwork takes each person to a place of feeling the oneness of us all. In a group we really feel that oneness and appreciation for each other.

Each session begins with a time of sharing......briefly, honestly we share where we are in this moment of time. I share about this process of breath work in detail and we practice the breath together. Each person brings a pillow and blanket and finds a spot on the carpeted floor of a cosy safe space. Soft music plays in the background as I guide everyone in the beginning of the session. As the session progresses I move from person to person, facilitating each individual, tuning in, doing a little Reiki....supporting their process.

Aura-Soma consultations

An Aura-Soma consultation is a journey into your soul. Sitting before over 100 jewel-like colored bottles, you choose those that most attract you. I have been trained to understand the meanings of the colors chosen in a particular order. This consultation helps you to understand yourself on deepest levels. Using the products themselves helps to move through life’s lessons in a smooth, supported manner. Session cost depends on time spent with me. $25 / 15 min., $50 / 35 min., $75 / 60 min. The longer sessions include a tape. Products are available for purchase. Distant consultations available as well.

Colour My World

Steep yourself in colour! Together we explore the meanings of colours........the gifts and challenges of each color. How does colour affect us? How can we use colour in our lives?

Being with the more than 100 beautiful Equilibrium bottles for the whole day is profound. You will have an opportunity to choose the bottles you are most attracted to and to get a sense of what they mean to you personally.

We have ample opportunity to experience some powerful healing and balancing techniques utilizing the Aura-Soma healing system. Aura-Soma supports coming into the gifts of your spirit. Come, have fun, gain a richer understanding of yourself.

Flower Essence consultations

These are available in person or by phone. I work from some 500 essences from around the world.......flower essences, gem tinctures, color essences and essences from sacred places. We discuss the issues you wish to address or support in your life. I choose those essences that I feel would most support you. If we are together I muscle test you, if done at a distance, I test for you. Then the essence is formulated and energized for you. Sessions - $60, Essence formula $15. S&H extra.

Raindrop therapy

This is a specific technique utilizing a series of 10 different Young Living Essential oils in sequence on the back and spine, followed by heated towels and Reiki. The particular oils used are bactericidal and viricidal. Viruses hide in the spine, traveling out through nerves when activated. This is the most powerful way I know to eliminate them from the body and a beautifully relaxing healing session to experience. $90 / session (includes
the oils used).
