OK, so Miroku's kinda flaky and the kind of guy whose life revolves around women, but in this scene from Episode 49 shows how kind-hearted this monk is. Sango finds the remains of his father, and Miroku asked her permission if he could bury it someplace decent where they could pray for it. She consented.
