SHIORY'S HISTORY

Hello! I'm Shiory, a 22 year-old Japanese girl who now lives in Utah, U.S.A. I've been here for over 2 years now and am loving it! Just look at the beautiful blue sky and the fabulous mountains! My life is full of excitment and different kinds of challenges right now. However  it wasn't always like this before. I used to lead a really boring and a meaningless life as a college student in Tokyo, Japan. In College, I majored in English Literature in which I'd never had any interets. Although, I always liked studying English, I knew that if I keep wasting my precious time on doing things that I am not even interested in, someday I would totally be lost in life. One day, when I was convinced that what I need to do is to follow my dreams, I gathered all my courage to get up to tell my parents that I wanted to go to the U.S where English is actually spoken and learn something else, using English as a tool to broaden my values.  They were totally speechless, however, they were kind and understanding enough to allow me to start a new life. Now that I am here, having graduated from a College in SLC, I'm so ready to take another step to get closer to my dreams. I know I can honestly say that I am enjoying my one and only life. Besides it gets even better than that. I'm getting married on March 10th, 2001 to the man  of my dreams. Follow your dreams and enjoy your life! One and Only precious life of yours!

I'm getting married to Denver. He's such a sweetheart. I'm so blessed!
