Ten Dirham Taxi is the first track on The Long Hot Summer. It evokes the mood and atmosphere of taking the trip up to the Metropolitan Hotel, or anywhere else in Dubai, in a cheap, privately owned taxi. Although we cannot affectively recreate the smell and the blunt, no-crap attitude of the cab and it's driver, we feel this track has captured the overall feeling.
