About December 21, 2012 - I have seen programs on the History channel about
the impending end of the world.
The Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012.
The Chinese I Ching hexagrams, if laid out in a certain pattern starting
with some selected point hint he past, predicts a lot of the past events
(centuries worth of data) - this pattern ends on December 21, 2012.
I believe Nostradamus has also predicted December 21, 2012 as the end of all
time.
Of course, the Bible cannot be left behind - it also has suitable
predictions with that as the end of the world.
Now the site pointed to above by Rudra might make a little more sense.
