Disabled Visitors

Public Transport: With long escalators and corridors and the heaving rush hour it can be very difficult to travel on the Underground. However 94% of the total bus fleet is wheelchair accessible. For more information call 0207941-4600 or 020-7222-1234 or visit TFL.
Museums: Most museums have wheelchair access and disabled toilets, Recorded audio tours can be hired for those with impaired vision.
Theatre and Cinema: All theatres should have disabled access some offer good seats while some do not.
Restaurants: Some restaurants are more accessible than others, even though they may wheelchair access the dining areas may be on a different level, its best to call in advance before booking.
