Names-

As most of you know, Japanese names are written surname (last name) then first. This is the style in which this fic is written. However, back in pre-revolution days, only Samurai had surnames. That means Shinta didn’t have one. When he became a samurai, he could have taken his name from a number of sources and one of them could have been his village.
