Ashley has decided to press charges against Eminem for physical and mental anguish.

Ashley: So I’ll need both of you to testify about what happened that day.

Melissa: Oh hellz yeah! Bastard’s gonna rot!!

Brandy: I don’t know Ash.

Ashley: What do you mean you don’t know?

Brandy: He’s Lil Marshall’s father.

Ashley: He broke my bones and endangered the lives of all the children!

Brandy: Fine.

At the trial…

Melissa: Well, look who’s here! Hi Dan Miller.

Dan: Hello everyone. Just thought I’d show my support for Ashley.

Dan sits down next to Melissa and cups her ass.

Greg: That is so great. Dan is such a nice young man.

Ashley&Brandy: Poor, stupid Greg.

Baliff: The State of Illinois Vs. Marshall Mathers. All rise.

Judge: We are here today to decide the fate of Mr. Marshall Mathers who has been harassing the Angel family for the past 12 years.

Melissa: FRY HIM!

Everyone looks at Melissa.

Melissa: Sorry.

Judge: Let’s begin.

Lawyer #1: We’d like to call Mrs. Melissa Smith.

Melissa takes her place in the witness box.

Lawyer #1: Mrs. Smith please tell us exactly what happened that night.

Melissa: Brandy, Greg, and I had been out during the day and we left Ashley at home with the kids. When Brandy and I returned later that day we found Em’s car in the driveway and the door to Brandy’s house was open. Inside all of the children were gathered in the corner of the room. Except my son Adam, who I thought Em had shot but he was just sleeping. Anyway, Ashley was lying on the floor and Em was sitting in the middle of the room with a gun and a crazed look on his face. He said something about him killing Ash so he and Brandy could be together. Earlier that week Em proposed to Brandy and she said no so I guess he was retaliating.

Lawyer #1: Thank you Mrs. Smith.

Lawyer #2: The defense would like to cross-examine.

Judge: Proceed.

Lawyer #2: Mrs. Smith, is it true that you disapprove of Mrs. Angel’s relationship with Mr. Mathers?

Melissa: Yes.

Lawyer #2: Is it true that you and Mr. Mathers do not get along?

Melissa: Yes.

Lawyer #2: So if I were to say you hate Mr. Mathers with a passion you wouldn’t refute the statement.

Melissa: That’s right.

Lawyer #2: So are you saying if Mr. Mathers were to rot in jail for the rest of his life you’d have no problem with that.

Melissa: Exactly.

Lawyer #2: That’s all.

Judge: Next witness.

Lawyer #2: We’d like to call Mrs. Brandy Angel.

Brandy takes her place on the stand.

Lawyer #2: How long have you known Mr. Mathers?

Brandy: About 12 years.

Lawyer #2: And he is the father of you son?

Brandy: That’s right.

Lawyer #2: And earlier this month Mr. Mathers proposed to you and you declined.

Brandy: Yes.

Lawyer #2: According to my client you two had a verbal contract that stated if he proposed to you that you would divorce your husband and marry him.

Brandy: I did say that…

Lawyer #2: Please tell us what happened the day of the incident.

Brandy repeats the story that Melissa told.

Lawyer #2: Now we have discovered that the very next day while your husband was in the hospital you went to visit my client in the insane asylum. Will you deny this fact?

Ashley looks shocked.

Brandy (puts her head in her hands): No.

Ashley runs out of the courtroom.

Brandy: But that doesn’t matter because I love Ashley and I would never leave him! He’s the best thing that has ever happened to me!!

Brandy looks up to where Ashley was sitting.

Brandy: Where’s Ashley?

Greg: He ran out.

Brandy: I’ve got to find him! Come on Mel!

Melissa and Brandy run out of the courtroom and Dan smacks Melissa’s ass.

Greg: What a nice young man.

After running around Chicago the girls find Ashley standing on the bridge above the Chicago River.

Brandy: ASHLEY!

He turns to face Brandy, his face tear-stained.

Ashley: What?! Do you want to rub it in my face that you visited Marshall while I was in the hospital?? Do you want to flaunt the fact that you love him more than me? DO YOU??!!

Brandy: NO! If you would have stayed you would have heard me say that I love you and would never leave you!

Ashley: Is that true Mel?

Melissa: Yes.

Ashley gets down off the bridge and hugs Brandy.

What happened next…

Eminem received a fine and community service because he’s a celebrity and even if he had killed someone he would have received a similar punishment. Eminem is also not allowed near the Angel’s for 2 years.
