All for now. Take care.

2. Moral:

If you depend on others, you cannot progress well.  For example, if you stand independently on the ground you can raise your leg easily. If you take support on the wall a side head to leg, then it is impossible to raise your next leg.

3. Poem/s:

Poem written by Bal Ram Singh Thapa (Tanahun), Lecturer of Management Patan Sanyukta Campus on "Only A Desire" (In Nepali Language).

4. View/s:

  • Do not under estimate to brothers and fires although it is small in size and scale.  If you under estimate them, they may kill and burn you! Remember: Bhai ra aago kahilai sano hundaina!!
  • There is nothing irrelevant in the kingdom of friendship. This is also a matter of individual's perception.  It is also relative to the person's attitude, moral and containments.
  • Make partner to foolish people and be rich; Accompany with selfish people and be hungry.

5. Shree Sadhak Satyam (SSS):

Having arguments or fighting with people is not considered to be courageous. Whereas, when we are filled with a cheerful outlook and have positive love within us, it beats the negative forces.

Only service to others is of eternal worth and importance. That is the one thing worth doing. He who does it leads a worth-while life. Susccessfully, he crossess the ocean of life carrying with him many more who needed help.

There are two aspects of spiritual progress. The first is the accomplishment of roles for the development of qualities. Another is performing the duties and discharging the liabilities according to the duty and capability. Because it is a well known fact that no one will grant anything valuable important assignments who are not qualified.

Hari Om

6. Quote/s:

People who don't know and don't know that they don't know are foolish; forget them.

People who don't know but know that they don't know are general; teach them.

People who know but don't know that they know are inactive; wake up them.

People who know and  know that they know are intellectual; follow them.

-Lady Hurton

7. Joke/s:

A guy phones a law office and says: "I want to speak to my lawyer." The receptionist replies, "I'm sorry but he died last week."

The next day he phones again and asks the same question. The receptionist replies, "I told you yesterday, he died last week."

The next day the guy calls again and asks to speak to his lawyer. By this time the receptionist is getting a little annoyed and says, "I keep telling you that your lawyer died last week. Why do you keep calling?"

The guy says, "Because I just love hearing it."

8. Breaking News:

Letter Offers Jackson Chance to Tell His Side

ABCNEWS has exclusive details on a letter sent by prosecutors to Michael Jackson and his legal team offering the embattled pop star a chance to tell his side of the story to a criminal grand jury.

ABCNEWS was told by sources familiar with the investigation that Jackson has been offered an opportunity to voluntarily testify and tell his story to a grand jury, rather than respond to a subpoena.

A letter sent to the defense by Santa Barbara County District Attorney Tom Sneddon says, "Rather than issuing a subpoena and having your client [Michael Jackson] decline to testify in front of the Grand Jury, I am offering him the opportunity to convey that decision to me in advance."

10. Note/s:

Anger always follows danger since danger has prefix "d" in anger!

****

Gender is a concept that deals with the roles and relationships between men and women, poors and riches, lower castes and higher castes; and among different classes which are determined by the social, political and economic context and not by biology.  Gender is socially constructed and changeable while biological sex is natural and permanent under normal circumstances.

Characteristics that define sex are fairly straightforward and formed in the womb at the moment of conception while those of gender are a more subtle yet permanent process of development evoling through childhood and maturing with adulthood.

In brief, "Gender is a concept, a common, a category and a component and hence an integral part of development.

11. Quiz/es:

If you are pregnant is the Atkins Diet okay?

In a word? No.

It's crucial for an expectant mother to follow a nutritious, balanced diet of foods containing vitamins and minerals critical for the healthy development of the unborn child. Carbohydrates are an important component in that endeavor.

Carbohydrates are organic compounds that include sugars, starches, celluloses, and gums and serve as a major energy source in our diet. Carb-rich fare includes many foods pregnant mothers are encouraged to consume.

Many mothers-to-be are advised by their doctors to drink a lot of milk, eat dairy products, and take prenatal supplements. On the official Atkins website, the carb calculator indicates most dairy products (excluding cheese and some cream) should be avoided in favor of a protein-rich, high-fat diet. The site warns that the weight-loss diet isn't appropriate for pregnant and nursing women.

Even if you are neither pregnant nor female, many nutritionists caution that the Atkins Diet or any diet that pitches deprivation isn't an ideal or healthy way to lose weight. Some dieters risk higher cholesterol levels due to the substitution of fattier foods as well as secondary ailments or deficiencies, such as heart disease and osteoporosis.

Most importantly, pregnancy isn't a time to be watching your figure. Expectant mothers should embrace a larger, varied diet and weight gain for the sake of their child's and their own health. After giving birth, Mom has plenty of time to shed her pregnancy weight. In fact, breast feeding may be an excellent way for new moms to burn calories while taking care of their child's hunger pangs.
