Do
we know how to think?
Negative
thinking is the root of cause of failure in life.
The developed world has been constantly giving more and more amnesties to human beings. But in the meantime more anxiety, dissatisfaction, more problems are increasing considerable than the facilities. The world and real life is not a bed of roses, troubles, problems and many unwanted sorrows do come and, no one can prevent them. Thus successful people are those who face them, overcome the problems and succeed in their ventures.
In fact we really do not know how to think and what to think. Many of us think over useless issues. If we can really stop thinking about useless and worthless issues, we can find drastic change in our life.
A critical Analysis of our life simply gives the result that about eighty percent of our thoughts are focused on issues and doubts about future. It has become a normal phenomenon that most of no think about old age, sickness or untimely retirement or on marriage of the words, or any sort of financial crisis, & the like. If we observe very critically whether these events and issues really occur, it is really too difficult to find hardly any truth in them. Then the question arises, why waste time in them?
The more we think, the less the results. Because excessive thinking without action results into unwanted doubts. Unnecessary doubt brings more losses than gains. It is undoubtedly true that life is not a bed of roses, the sweet fragrance of the roses is not the quality of the plant but is definitely has thorns. Likewise a wise and able person is one who has the quality of devotion, the patience, to fight with the troubles and overcome them. Profits, gains and losses are quite the normal things in the life. Sometimes we gain and sometimes we lose. Pains and anxieties, losses and gains are like the cycles of life. There is nothing to worry about them. One thing definitely available all over the world is happiness and contentment. It is everywhere. But there is a need of knowing the art to tap them, the art of living, the essence of truthfulness, and the need of trustworthiness and believe and belief in God. This all needs the ability and capability to tame and tune the life.
If we make a study of majority of the people we simply find that many of them have made anxiety an inseparable part of life. Is anxiety necessary? There are many things beyond the control of an individual. Worming about things not at one's disposal is but an unnecessary evil that harms the self.
On the other hand, if we look at the nature, there are excellent things, that
always give pleasure, satisfaction and happiness. The medical science has
already proved that those people who have a negative thinking altitude, they
are poisoning their own life. Their behavior, appearance and many actions show
negative reflections.
A simple example can be cited, an angry man compels another to get angry, or more probably quarrel. Life is like a beautiful garden but this depends upon our choice what to plant and reap the result. The Almighty God is always thinking about us, he is always giving happiness and pleasure but not anger and greediness. It is we that we make a wrong selection.
Success in life needs peaceful living and thinking and not to involve in
negative altitudes. Laugh, the world laughs with you, and weep, you weep alone.
The positive altitude and bent of mind and behaving the same way is really the
real art of living.

As far as psychologists can tell, the human brain has
a limitless capacity for holding information. This means that our brains will
never "fill up." New information may, however, interfere with
information learned in the past, making the older information more difficult to
remember.
