Intel Clerk:
Works only within the SIA and liaiases with Intel Agents who are more mobile. Their main role is to be a source of information between the computers and the Agents who may be based/located outside of the SIA or involved in an operation. This is a low grade position, in terms of responsibilities, however, they are given access to a high level of operational detail and are viewed as a high risk threat to security. They are also considered as lifelines to Agents in the field. Candidates are chosen because they have no close family or friends and are restricted to where they live.

Intel Clerks are assigned a particular area of speciality, although, they may have more than one area, eg eco-terrorism, bio-terrorism, etc.

Requirements: Candidate should provide a high quality of service and have the ability to recognize valuable information when they are working within the intel unit. Data is constanatly streaming through the unit and they work both within a snall team and also on their own. Regular briefings are held for Unit heads to ensure that communicationa are high between teams.

Intel Agent:
An Intel Agent is required to live two lives, one in the outside world, and one as a secret agent for the SIA. Agents work along and/or in teams as needed, where certain objectives of the Agency are accomplished. Their objectives are to provide as much information as possible and feed this information back to their assigned clerk who will enter it into the central database systems for analysis.

Intel Agents do not necessarily work with field agents although this may occasionnaly be called on.

Requirements:
Whilst this role is more collecting intel, the agents must be capable of sustaining a separate lifestyle and intensive psychological training must be carried out and annual tests to ensure that they continue to be valuable. Physical training is not as important as their main function is to get intel, though agents must always sustain a high level of physical strength as some elements of difficulty are assumed on their operations.

Field Agent:
A field agent is required to live two lives, one in the outside world and one as a secert agent for the SIA. Agents work alone and/or in teams as needed, where certain objectives of the Agency are accomplished. These objectives are accomplished through various means, such as undercover operations and seek and destroy operations using various assualt maneuvers.

Requirements:
Each field agent is required to undergo psychological and physical testing in order to become a fully operational agent. This is the most demanding and dangerous role within the SIA.
