If you are
a member of the IA Newsletter, you propbably got the new newsletter, The Comm Orb. I'm glad to see it's back! Now on to business. The new IA newsletter contains an opinion poll, a place to vote, a how you can help IA section, meeting minutes, and an IA website list. I think there will be a Fanfic section too. He does need help in the form of submissions, so if you have an idea or something to add you can email Jason/Dragit now. Over all, for a first issue of it I believe it has true potential for greatness and I give Jason/Dragit my commendations! Good work!
A new
plot has risen to save IA. Lets move IA to a new network. In a thread most
people voted the Sci-fi Channel and Fox. The idea is to inform these stations
with a volume of IA mail. Send paper letters if possible, as those have
a habit of reappearing on a cluttered desk, where email can just be deleted
and not even read.
As the list
of addresses is rather big I have not been able to post them here, but
they are all available at Maple
Island under Save IA. The list will be updated every time a new addresses
is posted by Mckitlk. I will keep an eye on the turn out of this plan and
you can find out more info for your self at the IA
message board.
Titan AE Books
On one of my little ventures to the local bookstore I found (and bought) a Titan AE Book. There are three of them, Titan AE, Cale's Story, and Akima's story. They are very yosh books and worth the money. It gives you an insight into the details of the movie and the characters thoughts. I suggest reading the book then watching the movie again. Those little pieces fall together better.
