        The Academic Program of the College Department of Siena college of Quezon City responds to the changing needs of the Filipino men and women and the Philippine society at large.

        Aware of the socio-economic and cultural condition of the country and the technological changes brought about by the globalization and advance information technology, the school provides students with business related and work oriented programs designed to develop and immediately utilize whatever entrepreneural and latent abilities they have that can contribute productively to our developing country.

        For this purpose, the College Department has adopted a Gospel-centered, computer-enriched ladder-type curriculum composed of  terminal courses, where the students are made to graduate to a specific job at the end of every academic year. thus, a student may drop out of a school after a terminal academic year or before the completion of a four-year course and still earn a certificate qualifying him/her to do a particular job. One salient feature of the ladder-type curriculum is the acquisition and fromation of skills through hands-on training and practicum subjects.

        Cognizant of the need for evangelization and improvement in the educational system of the country, Siena College offers a scholarship program designed to form poor but deserving students as teachers and cathechists.

        The school also recognizes the vital role of mass communicatios ab=nd public information in nation-building by disseminationg what is true, good, beautiful, right and just. Hence it offers a course in mass communications under its Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) program.

Business Administration

       The Businesss Administration (Commerce) program, through its various curricular and co-curricular programs, seeks to concretize a Gospel-centered education by developing Christian-Filipino students who are responsive to the needs of the people and society, especially the less privileged.

       The main objective of the program is to form Christian-Filipino business leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and employees who have imbibe moral, ethical, and lawful values, who seek profits with dignity and concern not only for themselves but for the culture where they belong.

This program specificallly aims to train business administration students to:

-develop their capabilities as managers, business personnel, and entrepreneurs so they can be productive members of the society and effective leaders who move toward the preservation of our personal/ethical ecological system.

-be able to understand and relate well with other people in business and industry so that they will be influence them to turn from seeking profit at any price to profit with dignity and concern.

-apply and utilize skills acquired and developed in conformity with integrity and professionalism.

The college seeks to achieve these objectives through the following business administration programs:

     1. Four-year course in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) majors in Banking and Finance,                  Management, and Management Accounting;
     2. Associate in Entrepreneurship Management (Two years);
     3. Associate in Financial Management (Two years);
     4. Associate in Management Accounting (Two years); and
     5. Certificate in Office Management(One year).

Computer Secretarial

        The Computer Secretarial aspires to give the world of business and industry not   only competent secretaries, but good, responsible and christian Filipino ladies who can be effective junior partner to executives. Through the Student Formation Program, the computer secretarial graduates will be prepared to take their place in society as cultured, effective, and productive employees.

       This program specifically aims to train the Computer secretarial students to acquire skills and knowledge and information-based work so that they would become efficient and effective partners of the industry and society.

       The college seeks to achieve this objective through a Two-year Computer Secretarial Certificate program.

Education

       The Education Program of Siena College, Quezon City is a scholarship program wherein the poor but deserving potential teacher-cathechists and missionaries are given the opportunity and the priority of the formation service.

The general objectives of the program are:

-to provide opportunities to poor but deserving students to pursue their desire to evangelize and cathechize in their parishes, dioceses, and wherever there is an urgent need;

-to provide the Christian foundation and education which emphasize the competencies needed to uphold effectively quality education;
-to provide formal and systematic formation that will help students become well-rounded and dynamic Catholic teachers and missionaries; and
-to inculcate moral and spiritual values, Christian leadership with a sense of mission, and commitment, so as to be responsive to the demands of the teaching profession.

        The college seeks to achieve this objectives through the Bachelor in secondary Education Program, Major in Religious Education.

Hotel and Restaurant Management

        The Hotel and Resataurant Management program seeks to graduate individuals who have acquired the Christian spirit of service and who are professionally prepared to occupy positions vital to the smooth operation of the hotel and restaurant industry in the country and abroad.

Specifically, the program aims to:

-train the student in the over-all operations of hotel and restaurants;
-train the student to become efficient hotel and restaurant employee or owner or manager;
-afford the student the opportunity to have working knowledge in a foreign language; and
-equip the student with a clear understanding of the basic theories in management of hotel and restaurant industries

       The collge seeks to achieve these aims through the following programs:

     1. Four-year course in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and
     2. Two- year Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management

Mass Communications

        The Mass Commnications program aims to develop well-integrated Filipino Christian dedicated to the service of truth in the fields of mass media and public information. It seeks to graduate professional mass communicators who are effective translators of information technology necessary for nation-building and defense of human rights and dignity, especially the poor and the powerless of Philippine society.

The objectives of the program are the following:

-promotion of the integral formation of the human person and the protection and advancement of human dignity;
-development of sound professional expertise in an atmosphere of academic freedom
-preservation, enrichment, and propagation of Filipino cultural heritage;
-recognition of the vityal role of the mass communicator not only as a citizen of his country working for national development    but also as a citizen of the world promoting universal ggo; and
-cultivation of Gospel-centered values necessary for the formation of a responsive and responsible profesional mass communication practitioner.

        The college seeks to achieve this goals through the Bachelor of Arts (AB) in Mass Communications Program.

Tourism

        The Toursim Program aims to help the country's effort to professionalize the present tourism industry by providing Christian graduates who are envisioned to serve tourism-related establishemnts, oragnizations, and institutions, or manage their own tourism or tourism-related establishments, organizations, and institutions or manage their own tourism or tourism-related industries. Through the integration of theology in classroom learning and practical experiences, the program will help the student achieve her dignity as a human person, acquire Christian values and outlook, secure the early strategies and habits to make responsive decisions for the common welfare.         This program specifically aims to develop the student's potentials that she becomes a dynamic service-oriented professional for the tourism industry.

        The college seeks to achieve these aims through the following programs:

1. Four -year in Bachelor of science in Tourism and

2. Two year Associate in Tourism.
