PSX
Yes….. Once again SONY manage to smack us from our blind
side. Designed in conjunction between Sony Computer Entertainment and
Sony Electronics.
PSX Top. The PSx is 12 inch square and a littler bit thicker then the PS2
This beautiful looking console has a PS2 build in inside
but as the “X” stand for “Crossover of games and electronics” this
bad boy makes it big, with a 120GB HDD an a combination of CD/DVD burner,
the PSX can act like a TIVO letting you record television programs and
transfer them to a writeable DVD disk for future viewing. Via its build in
Ethernet port, the PSX can go online with a broadband connection and
download music, movies and other what not that can be later on written to a
writeable CD.
The system also includes Sony Memory Sticks compatibility
but is yet to know the how the save game data will move from the average PS2
8MB memory card to the PSX.
 PSX back
Well with all of this features included on one bad ass and
good-looking console you will be able to replace your TIVO, your DVD player
and your CD & DVD writer too. The PSX is announced to be release in
Japan by the end of 2003, a US release is expected on the year 2004.
