The official Show Catalog is produced by the National Cage Bird Show organization (NCBS). This catalog is geared toward exhibitors and sent to all NCBS members. Some copies may also be for sale at the NCBS table at the show. The deadline to advertise in the Show Catalog has past (it was June 1st.) To get a copy of the catalog when it is ready this fall, join the NCBS (membership information is on their website, linked above.)

The host club is producing a Souvenir Program for the public. This will suppliment the NCBS Catalog, not compete with it. There will be information and articles intended for visitors more than exhibitors. The Souvenir Program will be available at the door for a requested donation of $1. At least 1000 copies are planned to be printed. The deadline for submitting ads is November 1, 2002. Ads will appear in the Souvenir Program in the order they are paid for. Please do not submit color ads as they might not copy well.

2. Electronic Payment with PayPal (faster processing, use credit or ATM/debit card, no additional cost to you, international funds accepted too)

Regardless of how you pay for your Souvenir Program ad, you can submit the ad itself electronically by emailing it as an attachment to: scvcebc@yahoo.com

Or, you can mail the camera-ready copy to:

If you don't have a professional ad, the host club may be able to create a simple one for you at no charge with no artwork, just clear, large text with a border.
