The last class for this summer from the WILDLIFE RESCUE, Inc., is scheduled for June 21, from 9:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. It is very commendable to become a WILDLIFE VOLUNTEER, and the experience is very rewarding. The phone number to find out more about this is 404-SAVE.

Now - Our meeting Sunday should be most informative. Dr. Luis Cabaluna, a Veterinarian will speak to us about "Bird Surgery". Dr. Cabalun is a practicing Veterinarian at the Peninsula Ave. Veterinary Clinic in San Mateo. At one time he worked with Chuck Galvin whom we all know. He has returned to college many times in order to take special courses about birds.

The program at the last meeting was most informative. Steve & Sharon could not make it because she has been in the hospital, but they sent a lecture and the slides to be used with it - all about baby LOVEBIRDS. Then our former president spoke more about Lovebirds, and brought a pair to show us, and also a nest. I don't know about you, but I learned a great deal. And I sincerely thank all of them.

This is all for now
