These frequencies will have the EMS, Police, Fire, and other government agencies using them. By the way they will probably be Digital which means that a scanner wont be able to pick them up. I didnt include an EMS page because there wasnt enough frequencies being used by the Pittsburgh EMS. If anyone out there can give me enough frequencies for the EMS then I will make a WEB page dedicated to the EMS of Pittsburgh
