SILENT PART OF ME

There's so much I can't say, when I look into your eyes, I'm worried you'll reject me, and hurt my foolish pride. Each day this love grows stronger, but I could never let you know, there's so much behind my smile, that I could never show. I'd love you like no other, but you just don't understand. So, I'll dream  and all that you are, will remain a silent part of me.

THE OTHER SHORE

Standing at the ocean, standing at the sea, I see another shore, and a girl that looks like me. I see another shore, I see a dream I knew, I see another time before, a time when love was true. I see water that I've crossed, I see the bridge that I've burned, I see you there beside me, is my lesson learned? Now the girl is gone, not where she was before, it's amazing what you see, standing at the other shore.

RACISM

We need to open our eyes, are colors all we can see? Red, yellow, black, or white, we're all family. Putting eachother down, with awful racial slurs, such a pitiful conflict, this stupidity stirs. Isn't love all that matters? Not the color of your skin, the beauty of the person, lies very deep within. Does color really matter? All races do bleed red, not all that other stuff, can't we remember this instead? We all should join together, and unite together as one, after doing this, maybe the war can be overcome.

A WISH

A penny in a wishing well, a wish on star, blowing out a cakes candles hasn't worked so far. Wishing for you to come to me, I feel won't ever come true, I gave up, finally, on ever having you. But, this feeling of emptiness without you by my side, my heart is filled with sadness, and feelings I can't hide.

FORGET ME NOT

Birds says catch me not,
Flowers says catch me not,
But I say forget me not.

Hey all. Hope you like them, I'll try to put more on when I have time.
