1. How can I define precise lines for borders between territories?
I can´t find any reference to design of borders in the manual.

2.I don't fully understand how Goodwill works.  I can never seem to get my goodwill
higher than "poor," although it is usually "very poor."

A: 2. In many scenarios certain areas of the map are inaccessible - you have to earn goodwill with the
owner before you can buy rights to lay track and "exploit" the territory. In some scenarios the
territories are countries, in others they're large cities. You can get your goodwill higher by
hiring manager who makes your goodwill better, and by being in transporting ...

3.Does the patch to 1.02 solve the Cannery problem of it producing no food after Jan 1931?

4.Map 15 is giveing me a hard time. I need to have 1 millon profit for 4 years in a row ,I get close 
but never get 4 year in a row.
