HTML CODES

First of all, don't let the idea of programming languages scare you. To put you mind at ease, most computer people don't even consider HTML a language! Thats how easy it is.
I'm not going to get very detailed about HTML for the simple reason that people like Draac (see more about him and his site in SPECIAL THANKS) offer "classes" on HTML and some JAVA SCRIPT (thats the "language" that made all those cool pop-up boxes you have seen along the way).
The most important thing I can tell you is the old computer addage.....GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT. I'm speaking from experience here folks!
I wrote all the pages you have seen and will see. There were many times I wanted to shoot this darn thing....why????? Because I forgot something so stupid as a quotation mark. Yes my friends, it is something you have to be precise at.
After a while, I quit getting frustrated and learned that if it isn't working right, I forgot something!!!!!! After getting past that, now if something didn't work right, I take a deep breath and go back and take a careful look at it. The best thing to remember is when something doesn't work right, look for the last part that IS working right, then look at the very next line. Sure enough friends, you will usually find the mistake on the very next line.....usually stupid quotation marks or a dash, something simple!
Now that we have that out of the way, take some time to go see a basic HTML course at Draacs by clicking here....or continue on to see examples of Web Pages you can build.

Draacs School of HTML

Just for a good example, the above tag wouldn't work right, why........#$@$ quotation marks on the color code!!!!!! Told ya so. Always double check it.

SAMPLE PAGES

The following pages are set up for you to use and abuse. I am NOT an HTML genius. I only bought my WebTV in late Aug. 98 and started this homepage in Sept. 98. I had NO knowledge of HTML prior to that. Everything I am doing here, I learned from great people like Draac and others. If I can do this, so can you!
If you use your SEARCH engine, type in HTML, you will find plenty of sites that will offer all types of information on HTML.
OK, enough chatter. The three following simple sample web pages include the HTML codes for you to TRANSLOAD to your own "HOME". You can change them any way you desire to make the page your own personal page. REMEMBER, I created these with "simpleness" in mind.
At the bottom of each page, you will find a URL addy. Click on that to see the code used for the page. The only thing missing will be the URL's. You will need to fill them in according to how you set up your FILE MANAGER on your "HOME" site.

Well, if you are ready, click on my little friend below to proceed. Congratulations, you have stuck in this far, don't stop now!
