Repeat Address ON facility on PO
When creating a purchase order in reference to an existing requisition, I get prompted to enter the price data after each item copied. After validating the first item, I change the delivery address and click on 'Repeat Address On'. I do not receive the usual message ' Address held', but I am prompted for the price data of the second item. I validate, and now if I go into the delivery address of the second item, I see the original address (i.e. not the one I have just changed)?
I tried to find an OSS note in vain. Am I doing something wrong or is there a work around?
When u modify the delivery add. by clicking on Repeat Add . On system gives a message to check the data and does not hold it . You have to click again on Repeat On button to hold the address and then you get the message saying address is held. I agree this is a bit shabby!
