Some Tips

  • In order to get enough money to buy Montos, you have to collect exactly everything that gives you money.
  • The two upper ECs in Monaco is a little bit tricky to get if you don't know how to do. Actually you'll have to climb up the pipe at the screen to the left of Monaco, and then walk though the wall (thank you Georg Rottensteiner for mailing me that tips).
  • Don't visit Montos until you are sure you have done everything, and got the maximum money. Montos is the screen to the left of Harbour Breece. Don't visit that screen either, cause you can't climb up from this screen. The 3 ECs at this screen should also be collected last.
  • Never take the wine bottles. If you do, you'll lose the charcter control.
  • Use, in some cases, the fake floors. Czechoslovakia is one of these cases.
  • Divide the world in 6 parts:
    1. Spain and France
    2. Denmark, Belgium, Luxenbourg, Germany, Netherlands and Austria
    3. Sweeden
    4. West Berlin, East Berlin and Czechoslovakia.
    5. Switzerland and Italy
    6. Yugoslavia, Moldavia and Greece
    When you are in a country in the same part of the destination country, go walking. If the destination country is in another part, go by plane.
  • NEVER go to a new screen in the middle of a jump. This act can result in a game over.
  • To listen the song of the country, push F5. If you want to end the game, push CTRL+STOP.

    The names marked with "*" means that there is no need to the airport, you can go walking. Czechoslovakia airport is closed, so do not use it (you'll lost tickets).

    Simple Solve

    From ????

    Get the cork from France and take it to Amsterdam. Walk up to the boy and he will swap the cork for some tulips.
    Take the tulips to the bottom of the Leaning Tower of Pizza, touch the girl and she will take them from you.
    Take the tools from West Germany, and you can fix the Austrian lift.
    Take the bacon to Czechoslovakia (Don't enter the airport).
    Take the Mona Lisa to Itsadaboss, Italy, and walk up to the fence.
    Take the wine to Dortmund, West Germany. Then go and collect the record.
    Take the football to Juventus, Italy (Go to the airport at Rome).
    Take the steering wheel to Monaco, France.
    Don't visit Montos (or the screen to the right) until you are sure you have done everything, and got the maximum money - there are a further 3 ECs at the harbour, which should be collected last.

    Invencibility

    Before you bload the game, assign F1 to "MONTY" by typing KEY 1,"MONTY" at the MSXBASIC prompt. When you have bloaded the game just press F1 and you'll be invincible!
