1. People are more cautious now. They don't want to open a Word template or executable from someone they don't know. This is especially true, since some antivirus programs were heuristic false-alarming on MVK. This is actually a good thing. It means that people are being more careful about what files they open, and that antivirus product heuristics are getting better.
2. I don't have enough time to explain them to all the new users who ask anymore. If you are a registered user, I will still provide you with any help you need and updates to the program if requested.
