Instructions |
C64 is a screen saver that turns your boring PC into a faithful replica of the classic personal computer of the 80's... A time when computers booted in less than 1 second, 64k of RAM seemed limitless, and only the lucky few had a floppy drive. Show this screen saver to your grandpa and watch him come over all nostalgic. To install C64, copy C64.scr into your Windows directory (usually C:\Windows or C:\WinNT). Then go into the Control Panel and pick Display or Desktop Options. Choose C64 in the list of screen savers, and you're done! To uninstall C64, first make sure it is not selected as your current screen saver (check in Control Panel), then delete C64.scr from the Windows directory. |
