You need to know what modem/sound card you have, to find out:

Read your system credentials sheet

Try www.windrivers.com for a neat identification chart. To use this chart you will have to open your case and read the FCC ID number off of your card.

Once you have that info you can Visit Packard Bell to find out more, use the chart below to jump directly to the info you need.
