Thin Spagetti
vegetable oil - 2 tblspn
carrots, capsicum, peas, beans, tomatoes - 1-1/2 cup
ginger - a small piece, green chillies - 3 , garlic - 2 cloves, corriander leaves
salt - as needed
kitchen king masala - 1 tspn
Cook Spagetti well with little salt and keep it separately.
In a frying pan, fry carrots, beans, capsicum, peas and salt in oil.
After 2 minutes add tomatoes and fry until all vegetables are cooked.
Add minced garlic, green chillies and ginger turn once.
Now add the kitchen king masala and fry for a minute in low fire.
Now mix this with spaghetti.
garnish with corriander leaves.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
