I design web pages for induviduals (not companies) who want publicity through the internet. This is a great way to get yourself, your work, or your credits seen by thousands of people. Since I work totally freelance, I charge a lot less than professional companies would. I find free server space to put your site up on, so there are no monthly server fees.
