This one is like MSAY, except it automatically says "I should
register"...I just use it on guests to give them subtle
hints...amazingly, most people fall for it. All you gotta do is type
MREG and it works like magic...
You can replace the "I should register" string with anything you want if
you find yourself constantly msaying people.
To be put in the ON OUTCHAT section...
