Participating actors: Jack: Customer, Diane: cashier

Flow of events:
1. Jack arrives at the counter on Monday and hands "Tarzan" to Diane.  Diane presses "return video" button. 

2. The system asks for a membership id. Diane asks for Jack's membership card and scans it, entering his 		
   membership id, "111". 

3. The system retrieves Jack's acount and displays it to Diane. Diane sees that Jack currently has two 
   rental transaction active under his account, one for "Tarzan", rented 5-6-99, and one for 
   "The Abyss," rented 5-4-99. Below the account information the system asks for a serial number of 
   a returned video.

4. Diane scans the barcode on "Tarzan", entering the serial number 03581 for this copy.

5. The system retrieves rental transaction 000023, documenting Jack's rental of "Tarzan", and displays it
   to Diane.

6. Diane sees that "Tarzan", serial number 03581, has been removed from rental transaction 000023, that Jack
   has no late fees due, and that he has no other videos rented out under this transaction. Diane selects 
   the "transaction complete" option.
   
7. The system closes rental transaction number 000023.      

8. Diane hands Jack his membership ID and thanks him for his business.
