In Comment #3 on Feb.17 SSM expected a g/m storm  02/17/12 UT - 02/18/2400 UT while SEC did not. There was the storm on the right time. So we have won with the score 1.5 to 0.0 . The score after 3 our comments becomes 2 to 5.
