SEC (April 13) has expected a  minor geomagnetic storm on April 15 through 16. SSM has not.
There was a g/m storm (Ap = 15-48) only during second semi-diurnal interval of April 16.
So the score is 1.5 : 0.5 in favor of SSM. And total April's score becomes 3.5 : 0.5.
