There was g/m storm on Aug. 18 (Ap=30) throughout whole day.
SSM (Aug.17) had expected a g/m storm for first semi diurnal interval of the day.
Meudon (Aug.16) had not expected but later (Aug.17) had changed its mind and had predicted  this g/m storm.
SEC (Aug. 15-17) had not predicted.
So SSM, SEC, and Meudon take 0.5 , 0 , and 1 respectively.
