2. Efficiency and Rating of Geomagnetic Yes-No Storm Predictions

One point for:
(a) every hit in geomagnetic "Yes" storm (Mi, MA or S ) predictions.
(b)every "No" storm predictions if a false "Yes" prediction was declared by somebody of all others forecasts.
