Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa! Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh!

Sikhism is a religion from India which started around 500 years ago. One founding belief of Sikhism is Ek Omkar (there is only One Creator.) Sikhs also believe that all people are equal. The religion has similarities to Hinduism and Islam, but disregards blind worship rituals and the caste system. Sikhism is one of the only religions where it is clearly stated that women are equal to men. Characteristics of the Sikh Khalsa (followers) are Long unshorn hair (Kesh), turban to wrap the hair(Dastar), a sword(Kirpan), comb(Kangha), steel bracelet(Kara), and drawers(Kachha). These are commonly called the 5 K's for Kesh, Kirpan, Kangha, Kara, and Kachha. Below is a list of some sites on Sikhism that I found to be interesting and informative.
