Amy is considered the "brains" of all the Sailor Senshis for she is very clever (Always score full marks for tests together with one other person. I don't think is featured in the Anime but it is featured in the manga.)
The reason why sandwiches is her favourite food is that so when she is reading her books she can eat and read at the same time. And she always goes to school at least 40 minutes early to read her books.
The reason I like Amy or Ami is that I find her cool and very beautiful too(Some may disagree). She is level headed and I find her refined too. Remeber the episode about Usagi wanting to become refined and get into this school that teaches etiqutte but the "teacher" sort of turns those who graduate in to statures , AMY is one of two who passed the other I think is Jupiter.
