Select colors > increase color depth > 16 million colors (24 bit)

   click to enter the text
   uncheck floating
enter text and click OK

select colors > adjust > brightness/contrast
   %brightness > 10
   %contrast > 0

select image > special effects > add drop shadow
   color > black
   opacity > 255
   blur > 0
   verticle > -3 (minus 3)
   horizontal > 2

select image > special effects > add drop shadow
   color > white
   opacity > 255
   blur > 0
   verticle > 3
   horizontal > -2 (minus 2)
