Usage

Open with Plague Strike and Icy Touch and keep diseases refreshed on target. Use Pestilence to spread to other targets (Note: will break CC). Use Heart Strike/Blood Strike and Obliterate/Scourge Strike as available. Use Death Coil or other Runic Power dump ability as available.

Gear

Strength gives attack power at 2 AP per point of Strength. Hit rating should be at 8% for PvE or 5% for PvP. Stamina and Resilience take priority for PvP. A separate tanking set emphasizing Stamina and Defense is recommended if you plan to tank.
