October 1997's Featured Freeware

This month's featured freeware is HTML Structured Editor 1.0.92. This HTML text editor slash web site manager offers a clean, uncluttered multi-document interface. It's good if you're just editing a few lines on [all] your pages, but I wouldn't recommend using it to create a website, but I would recommend it to help you manage one.
