beginning. There are numerous FREE email accounts
out there, such as Hotmail.
You can make multiple email accounts on hotmail
to fit your many moods and personalities! After you've found your niche and have some email accounts you're happy with, then maybe you'll want some homepage space. A lot of the one's I've listed in the below table have their own email accounts in them also! Also yahoo/geocities comes with an email account. You can also get a personalized business-type homepage at Hyper-mart ~!! Which can also be used in conjunction with the Iname services... Using Iname allows you to use a single name/address to allow people to keep up with you as you change emails. V3 will allow you to use one URL to redirect your friends to your site no matter how many times you change addresses. For the gazillion people that DON'T use AOL, you can still have realtime chat using AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) , ICQ , or even Powwow . A GREAT way to keep up with your online AND offline friends! As always Tucows offers the latest and greatest in trial software, freeware and everything else under the sun! As I cease being lazy, I'll add in some more links for custom made programs, IRC bots/scripts/etc and other things people love to play with online! |
